My friends and I were on holiday in Lisbon a few weeks ago and we booked your tour to Pena Palace, the Moorish Castle, and Capa Rocka. Joao was our tour guide and provided an exceptional experience for us throughout the day. As if that was not enough, I experienced a problem with losing my blood glucose meter, and have diabetes. Without going into too much detail about the situation, Joao went above and beyond to ensure that I would have a meter so that I could address blood glucose issues with my diabetes and that I could continue managing this condition while on vacation.

For a patient like myself with type I diabetes, not having a glucose meter and monitoring the condition could be life-threatening, so it was imperative that I have this to continue my holiday.

Joao went beyond what any other tour guide would do and personally spent considerable time with me to make sure that I would be ok. He told me that he just wanted to treat me as he would want to be treated if he found himself in that type of situation in another country.

I have also told the concierge at the Marriott Lisbon about our wonderful experience with Joao and have also recommended your company, Go Tours, and Joao to a friend of mine and his wife, who are planning a trip to Lisbon and the Marriott there in the summertime.

I wanted to write so that you would know what a valuable employee you have in Joao and the excellent care that he provides for your customers.
